Event: Amazing Grace Race

 

Who: Jr. & Sr. High students

 

What: The Amazing Grace Race is loosely modeled after the reality show “The Amazing Race”.  Teams will complete multiple stages including challenges of varied difficulty.  Some challenges must be completed by the entire team  while others must be completed by only one or two team members.  Each team will be accompanied by two adults who will be the team’s chaperone/taxi driver/camera person and on-the-spot official but they are not on your team.   There are mandatory lunch and dinner pit stops at locations to be revealed during the course of the race.  Teams will leave pit stops in the order they arrived to complete the remaining stages.  All competitors must have a current “GBPC General Release” & “Amazing Grace Race Consent & Release” forms on file before they are permitted to race.  Links to both are at the bottom of this page.

                                                                                                                  

 

When: May 22-23, 2009 from 6PM-4PM (overnight!!!)

 

Cost: $15

 

Bring: sleeping bag, toiletries, change of clothes!!!

 

Where: Here & There & Everywhere (over the Northern Cincinnati Area)

 

Other Information: It would be a great idea to bring a backpack with a change of clothes and bathing suit.
